Qualification and workshops - fff.vc selects 2–4 investment opportunities monthly and deep dive into their business and potential.

Due diligence - fff.vc performs enhanced due diligence on the 1–2 selected deals. The members of the fff.vc are involved in creating the investment adding the needed competence. fff.vc allocates up to 30 hours for each qualified opportunity before being shared with the community.

Pitching - We do it collectively! fff.vc invites founders/ management board members for a Q/A session where members can challenge them and ask their questions.

Decision - If you are ready to co-invest with the fff.vc team, submit the pre-sent form to indicate your exact interest.

Closing - fff.vc uses SPV setup (Estonian jurisdiction) or Odin (UK jurisdiction) for the syndication. All investors will become the shareholders of the SPV, and fff.vc team will manage the created SPVs. All investors pay their investment into the SPV as a share capital contribution, which the SPV will thereafter invest into the target company respectfully. PS!
